Refund policy
Our 14-day returns policy means that, after receiving an item, you have 14 days to request a return.
To be eligible for return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags attached, and must be in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and problems
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately in case of defects or damage, or if you have received the wrong item. This way, we can assess the problem and work to resolve it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (for example food, flowers or plants), made-to-measure products (for example special orders or personalised items) and personal care products (for example beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have questions or doubts about a specific item, do not hesitate to contact us.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of promotional items or gift vouchers.
Exchanges
The quickest way to make sure you receive what you want is to return the item you received and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.
14-day cooling-off period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason and without having to give any justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags attached, and must be in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive the refund within 10 working days through the original payment method. It may take some time before the bank or the credit card issuing company processes the refund and it becomes visible.

Pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the Customer may withdraw from the Terms and therefore from the purchase contract for any reason, without having to give reasons and without any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the products.
To exercise the right of withdrawal referred to in the previous article 5.1, the Customer must send FLAVIO CASTELLANI a communication to that effect, within the indicated deadlines, to the following email address: sales@flaviocastellani.it , or by downloading and completing the form below.
The goods must be returned intact, complete with all their parts and in the original packaging (bags and boxes), kept and possibly used for the time strictly necessary to establish and verify their nature, characteristics and size, with normal diligence, without any signs of wear or dirt, taking care not to leave traces of make-up and/or fragrances, in compliance with the conditions set out below:
the right of withdrawal may apply to the purchased product in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal on only part of the purchased product (e.g. accessories, add-ons, etc.);
for the return to be possible, the product must be intact, clean and odourless and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories: labels, tags, seals, etc.);
in case the item is damaged during transport, FLAVIO CASTELLANI will notify the Customer so that they can promptly file a claim against the carrier they chose and obtain the corresponding refund; the product will then be made available to the Customer, and the return request will be cancelled at the same time;
FLAVIO CASTELLANI shall not be liable in any way for damage, theft or loss occurring during or in connection with the shipment for the return.
FLAVIO CASTELLANI will refund the Customer the full amount already paid, less any additional shipping costs pursuant to art. 56, paragraph 2, of Legislative Decree 21/14, within 14 (fourteen) days of the withdrawal, by reversing the charge using the same payment method the Customer used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed. In any case the Customer will bear no cost as a consequence of this refund. FLAVIO CASTELLANI may suspend the refund until the returned product is received or until the Customer proves they have correctly shipped the product, whichever is earlier.
In any case, the Customer shall forfeit the right of withdrawal in cases where FLAVIO CASTELLANI ascertains that:
the returned product shows clear signs of use, dirt or odours;
the returned product and/or its accessories and/or its packaging are not intact; the product is missing its external packaging and/or original internal packing;
the product is missing elements integral to it and/or accessories (e.g. closures, laces, buckles, etc.).
In the event the right of withdrawal is forfeited, FLAVIO CASTELLANI will return the purchased product to the sender, charging the sender the shipping costs and, if already refunded, the price of the product.
