Holidays: an occasion to shine
The big day is finally here: Christmas is so close that you can almost hear the bells of Santa Claus's sleigh racing across the rooftops of homes all over the world.
Christmas means many things: family, friends, gratitude, traditions... but also holidays and occasions to shine and feel like a goddess, even if just for one night.
It is important, however, to use common sense and understand that every situation has its own rules, so as not to look out of place with friends and relatives.
So today we suggest some looks for the two most important days of December (if not of the whole year): Christmas and New Year's Eve.
Needless to say, the colours that reign supreme on gift-giving day are always red and white; you cannot go wrong. The question in this case is whether you are celebrating on an evening occasion (for the Christmas Eve dinner) or during the day (the classic Christmas lunch).
If you have a dinner planned, you can afford to be a little bolder, perhaps with a dress with eccentric details that give that extra touch to your look. Our Ada dress, detailed with feathers, is a perfect example of how to shine and be impeccable.
If instead lunch is your event, with a suit of jacket and trousers or skirt you will be very elegant and on-trend, especially if you opt for the check print, very fashionable this season.
You can choose either a more playful outfit, such as our Caterina jacket and skirt, or something a little more elegant, such as the suit made up of the Lucia trousers and the Marcella jacket.
If you cannot give up the dress, our Evelyn dress seems made for Christmas, featuring simple lines enhanced by the print and the luminous fabric.
To truly leave your mark, complete your looks with metal details, whether in accessories such as the bag or the shoes.
And finally we come to her, the only evening when shining is almost an obligation: New Year's Eve.
There is no more fitting occasion to show off magical sequined dresses, worthy of Hollywood celebrities, and feel like a true star.
However, if you prefer something more understated, you can choose an elegant dress that is never ordinary, perhaps with an asymmetry, as in our Wendy, or with feathers as in the Angela, or you can liven up your look with our sequined Malvina jacket or a metallic pair of trousers.
Which colours to wear? Black, gold, silver but also the season's brightest shades such as fuchsia.
Now you have no excuses: enjoy the holidays and shine with all your light!
