It was a dress that seemed born from a musical note interrupted halfway, yet perfectly in tune. Nothing in it was symmetrical, and precisely because of this, everything was in balance. The fabric – a thin ribbed viscose blend – moved with the softness of unspoken intentions, those read in the eyes even before words.
It enveloped the body like a clear idea: defined, but not rigid. There was strength in that elastic weave, like in certain caresses that hold back more than they release. The line followed the body without taming it; it accompanied it, elevated it. It was just the right length to allow room for movement, walking, presence.
But it was in the neckline that the dress revealed its true character. It didn't seek approval; it bypassed it. An asymmetrical cut, designed with the same logic as a Bach fugue, left one shoulder bare, exposed, vulnerable, and at the same time, incredibly strong. The other, however, was gracefully covered, but opened slightly with a teardrop: a small luminous wound in the weave, where the fabric decided to breathe. No excess. Only what was necessary.
On the covered shoulder, golden buttons acted as punctuation. Precious details, not meant to shine, but to affirm: FC. Flavio Castellani. Not an ostentatious brand, but an imprint. Like someone signing a work, knowing it will speak for itself.
The long sleeves followed the design with the discipline of well-made things. No frills, no distractions. Every stitch, every seam, seemed to say: "I know exactly what I'm doing."
