Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the Customer may withdraw from the conditions and therefore from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to add reasons and without any penalty, within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the products.

To exercise the right of withdrawal referred to in the previous article 5.1, Customer must send to Flavio Castellani a communication in this sense, within the terms indicated, to the following email address: sales@flaviocastellani.it, or by downloading and filling in the form below.

We only accept rendered with DHL or Bartolini.

The goods must be returned integral, complete with all its parts and in the original packaging (envelopes and packs), kept and possibly used for the time strictly necessary to establish and verify their nature, characteristics and size, according to normal diligence, without there are signs of wear or dirt taking care not to leave traces of makeup and/or fragrances (therefore the returned goods must not have been worn, with the exception of the test of the garment aimed at evaluating the fit), in compliance with the conditions below:

The right of withdrawal can apply to the product purchased in its entirety; In fact, it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the product purchased (e.g. accessories, accessories, etc ...);
so that the withdrawal is possible, the product must be intact, clean and odorless and returned to the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and possible documentation and accessory equipment: labels, tags, tags, seals, etc ...);

In the event of damage to the good during transport, Flavio Castellani will notify the customer, to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier chosen by him and obtain the relative refund; The product will then be made available to the Customer, at the same time canceling the request for withdrawal;

Flavio Castellani will not respond in any way due to damage, theft, bewilderment occurred during or in any case depending on the shipment for the return.

Flavio Castellani will reimburse the customer the entire amount already paid, net of any additional shipping costs pursuant to art. 56, paragraph 2, of Legislative Decree 21/14), within 15 (fifteen) working days from the moment of the goods reception at our factories, through the Storno procedure as the amount charged, using the same means of payment used by the customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed. In any case, the customer will not support any cost as a consequence of this refund. Flavio Castellani will be able to suspend the reimbursement up to the receipt of the returned product or until the moment in which the customer proves to have correctly sent the product, if previous.

In any case, the Customer will lapse from the right of withdrawal in cases where Flavio Castellani ascertains that:

The returned product present obvious signs of dirt use or smells;
The returned product and/or its accessories, and/or its packaging are not intact; The product is missing its external package and/or the original internal packaging;
The product is missing of integral elements the same and/or accessories (eg. Crosins, laces, buckles, etc.).
In the case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Flavio Castellani will return the purchased product to the sender, charged the shipping costs and, where already reimbursed, the price of the product.
